Founded in November 1989, BELITA is a Belarusian-Italian joint venture company. Its name is derived from the two countries as follows: (BEL arus- ITA ly) The Belarusian company was founded by the company "VITEKS" with the Italian company - the manufacturer of cosmetics "GVF". The Italian side provided supplies of equipment and transportable formulas for many cosmetic products, and the Belarusian side provided the new company with personnel and production facilities.
